A BDSM room, also called a dungeon, is a space used explicitly for fetish play. These areas are stocked with sex toys and fetish tools. These rooms generally have expensive or large equipment that can’t be discreetly used at home, and can sometimes be rented for private play or parties.

Some BDSM rooms are also decorated with specific themes in mind, such as pet play, medical setting, or water play. However, most dungeons that are available for rent do not allow explicit sexual activity, so check the rules before you go.
